One Happy Mommy!

I have been trying to get Luke to eat pasta and/or noodles forever. I mean, what kid doesn't like pasta? Well, mine didn't for the LONGEST time. The only person he would eat pasta with was his daycare provider, Sue. Of course, he ate them because all of his friends were eating it. But, when with me, nada.

Luke and I were doing a little grocery shopping today at Trader Joes.... Of course, those of you that shop there are familiar with their food demos. Today, they were demoing Fettucini Alfredo with peas and ham. It was a hit with my little man! I was elated and promptly bought the items needed for tonight's dinner.

As you can tell from the pictures, Luke was very excited about tonight's big boy dinner. After all, he is a big boy now!

This stuff is yummy Mom!

I don't need a fork, eating with my hands is faster. :)

Well, maybe I should practice eating with my fork. I am a big boy afterall!
