My contract has been up for over a month now and I have been trying to decide if I was going to keep my phone or get a new one like the iPhone. Many of my friends have one and they seem to really enjoy it. Zac thought I would immediately jump on board as soon as Verizon brought the iPhone on board. But, I patiently waited. I decided that since more of my family had iPhones, I would get one too. I really like the FaceTime capablility, which makes it nice to see the person and talk to them "face to face." Especially, since Ryan is on the way, it would be a nice way for them to see him other than just pictures. I have had the phone for three days now and LOVE IT!!! I was also lucky enough to have a discount for staying with Verizon and upgrading my phone as well as being a teacher, which makes it that much sweeter! As you can see, I was playing around with my phone quite a bit this weekend. Here are some pictures I snapped with my new phone, in no particular order. Some, I used an "app" called Hipstamatic that is fun. Brings back the 1970's kind of feel to some of the pictures. :) Enjoy!

Mmmmm...this biscuit is so yummy!
Luke has gained a new obsession. Being with Daddy all the time when he is home and most importantly, being in his Jeep. He decided that we were going to take him on a ride and he was going to wear his new hat. (The hat is something he wears when he goes outside, so of course, he decided to grab it.)
After a few busy days, he wasn't 100% sold on taking a nap away from us, so he napped on the couch. What a boy! Oh, and yes! That is a new couch! We got rid of the old one that we have had and were given years back and finally got something new. Thanks to Ikea, we bought something that will last us a few years until we get the one we really want. But, this new one is perfect for us now and makes our living room SO much bigger.
