This past weekend, we went up to the cabin for a little R&R. It was lovely. Nice and relaxing and never long enough. The best part of the weekend was that we were able to spend time with my brother who is out on his 2 week R&R from deployment in Iraq. We all had a nice time just hanging out and watching the kids play. It was really nice to see them all and we loved that Luke was so loving and kind to his youngest cousin, Kalli. He wanted to keep giving her kisses which was so cute. He also looks up to his oldest cousin, David and just thinks he is the greatest thing in the world. His cousin, Will who is 9 months older than Luke did some playing, but mostly he was attached to David.
Unfortunately, we forgot our camera. So, I will have to get some of the pictures from my Mom.
Hope you all had a fantastic three day weekend and it was as enjoyable as ours was!
