6 Month Old Boy!

Tuesday marked the 6 month birthday for Luke. He had a great day hanging out with his Grandma (Vicki) and just chillin' with us at home. :) Everyone always tells you how fast they grow, but you never realize it until you experience it with your own child! He has started eating solids (cereal and orange veggies, namely carrots) and is starting to enjoy it. It is certainly a funny and messy experience. Luke is also getting better at sitting up. Slowly but surely, he will be able to get himself to seated position. I forsee crawling in the near future...


Also, our sweet girl Amber has had another encounter with the emergency vets. They certainly did not forget her and they were glad to see her(as glad as you can be to see a dog who is in the hospital). Long story short, she has eaten something, she has a blockage in her small intestine and we are on the wait and see (fingers crossed) if she will pass anything or do surgery. Let's hope and pray no surgery, please!
